I can't even begin to describe how great it is to no longer shave or use hair removal cream. Both Mary and Nancy are incredible and work very hard to create a comfortable, welcoming environment. I have been going to Nancy Tyree and Mary Vincenc (Nancy is the one I generally see) for a long time. I was recommended by a friend of mine when we were discussing aggravating hairs on our chins that you pluck and they keep returning. It seemed to me for every one that I plucked that two would grow back. So I took my friend’s advise and made an appointment with Nancy back in 1993 and been going to her ever since. I started out with the chin, then when that worked out so well, I moved on with the eyebrows, and as you can gather one thing lead to another.  She was doing only the electrolysis when I started, (boy I wish she had the Laser back then). Now you may wonder why so many years, well that’s because she has done every part of my body, and the majority of it was with the electrolysis. I continue to go back if I fine any unwanted hairs the may pop up.  It doesn't matter how old you get there may still be a strange hair that pops up somewhere it shouldn’t. So I just go back for checkups just like you would a regular doctor. Nancy will use the laser on any dark hairs that she may fine and do electrolysis on any of the light hairs that the laser can’t detect. Nancy is the best. I was really impressed, it was my first time. I have been fighting this facial hair for a very long time. I am from India and not the "perfect" skin tone for this, but an okay candidate. I took consultations before, but as a college student couldn't ever afford to do it. But then I realized time has come, for a BIG change. I hope to get married and can't afford thousands of dollars for this.

 I was referred to Mary through a friend and I couldn't wait to try this and it worked so great. I think she was my new best friend like an angel sent from up above. I felt so confident and perfect about myself and I felt that I had found a solution.

For years I was embarrassed about my mustache and chin hair. I was constantly plucking. And then my friend told me about the laser treatments she was getting from Mary. I was pretty skeptical but finally decided to give it a try. My friend filled me in on what to expect so I wasn’t too nervous. There was no need to worry; Mary was very professional and explained in detail the procedures involved. Before each treatment I applied a topical lotion that helped with the tingling sensation of the laser and then applied plastic wrap (I used the “Press n Seal” kind) to my face. I had to leave this on to keep the lotion from drying out. This was probably the worst part of the treatments—getting the strange looks from people on the way to my appointment. So if you see anyone with plastic wrap on their face, they are on their way to see Mary or Nancy. My treatments are over now and I am so thrilled with the results. It was soooo worth it!
